小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果观察

Effect of oral Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Granules Combined with Aerosol Inhalation of Budesonide in Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果。方法:选取2018年3月—2021年3月盘锦辽油宝石花医院收治的92例小儿支气管哮喘,采用随机摸球法分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。对照组给予布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小儿肺热咳喘颗粒治疗,比较两组免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、信号转导激活因子1(STAT1)水平。结果:两组治疗后IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后TGF-β1、OPN、STAT1水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿支气管哮喘采用口服小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合雾化吸入布地奈德治疗效果较好,能明显改善免疫球蛋白水平,调节患儿血清细胞因子水平。

Objective: To investigate the effect of oral Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granule combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonide in children with bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 92 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide, and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Granule on the basis of the control group. The levels of immunoglobulin [immunoglobulin A(IgA), immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)], transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1), osteopontin(OPN), and signal transduction activator 1(STAT1) were compared between the two groups. Results: The levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TGF-β1, OPN and STAT1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Oral Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Granule combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonide is effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children, which can significantly improve the level of immunoglobulin and regulate the level of serum cytokines in children.
