夹脊电针联合下肢康复机器人对不完全脊髓损伤恢复期患者下肢步行功能改善的疗效分析

目的 探讨应用夹脊电针联合下肢康复机器人对不完全脊髓损伤恢复期患者下肢步行功能改善的疗效.方法 收集2020年12月至2022年7月不完全脊髓损伤患者(ASIA:C/D级),根据纳入标准及排除标准选取患者32例,分为观察组及对照组,观察组16例,对照组16例,观察组通过夹脊电针联合下肢康复机器人辅助步行功能训练对不完全脊髓损伤患者进行步行功能训练,对照组给予常规步行功能训练,12周康复训练结束后应用6min步行距离测试、Holden步行功能评定、ASIA功能评估量表(下肢)及Berg平衡评估量表对两组患者进行评估.结果 经过12周的康复治疗,观察组在6 min步行距离测试、Holden步行功能评定、ASIA功能评估量表(下肢)及Berg平衡评估量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 夹脊电针联合下肢康复机器人辅助步行功能训练能明显改善不完全脊髓损伤患者(ASIA:C/D级)下肢的步行能力,疗效优于常规步态训练,值得临床推广.

Objective To explore the effect of Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with lower limb rehabilitation robot on the improvement of lower limb walking function in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury during recovery.MethodsA total of 32 patients with incomplete spinal cord injury hospitalized in our hospital from December 2020 to July 2022 were selected according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 16 cases in each group.The experimental group received walking function training through Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with lower limb rehabilitation robot,while the control group received routine walking function training.After the 12-week rehabilitation training,6 minutes walking distance test,Holden walking function assessment,ASIA Functional assessment scale(lower limb)and Berg balance assessment scale were used for evaluation and statistical analysis of the two groups.ResultsAter 12 weeks ofrehabilitation treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in 6 minutes walking distance test,Holden walking function assessment,ASIA Functional asssment scale(lower limb)and Berg balance assessment scale evaluation with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with lower limb rehabilitation robot-assisted walking function training can significantly inmprove the lower extremity walking ability of patients with incomplete spinal cord injury(ASIA:C/D grade),and its effect is better than that of conventional gait training,which is worthy of clinical promotion..
