红草止鼾胶囊治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨红草止鼾胶囊治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的疗效.方法 OSAHS患者96例,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组患者鼓励适度减重,健康有氧运动,避免过度疲劳,认知干预,适度调整饮食结构等,观察组在此基础上予红草止鼾胶囊口服,4周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程.比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、夜间最低血氧饱和度(LSpO_(2))水平、夜间平均血氧饱和度水平(MSaO_(2))、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评分、中医证候积分等指标的变化.结果 治疗2个疗程后,两组患者AHI、ESS评分及中医证候评分均有不同程度的下降(P<0.05);观察组治疗后AHI、ESS评分及中医证候评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率约61.5%,明显优于对照组13.63%(P<0.05).结论 红草止鼾胶囊对OSAHS疗效显著,能有效提高患者生活质量,其中对合并鼻炎、咽炎的患者疗效尤为明显,且安全性良好.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hongcaozhihan capsule in obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 96 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome in traditional Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into the general intervention group and the Hongcaozhihan capsule group.Patients in the general intervention group were encouraged to moderate weight loss,healthy aerobic exercise,avoid excessive fatigue,cognitive intervention,and advised patients to moderately adjust their dietary structure.The Hongcaozhihan capsule group was given Hongcaozhihan capsule orally on this basis,4 weeks as a course of the treatment,a total of 2 courses.After 2 months'treatment,the changes in apnea and hypopnea index(AHI),lowest pulse oxygen saturation(LSpO_(2)),mean oxygen saturation(MSaO_(2)),epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups were compared,and the eficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After two courses of the treatment,AHI,ESS scores and TCM syndrome scores of patients in both groups decreased to different degrees(P<0.05).The AHI,ESS score and TCM syndrome score of the observation group after the treatment were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was about 61.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 13.63%(P<0.05).ConclusionHongcaozhihan capsule has a significant clinical effect on obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,which can effectively improve the quality oflife of patients,especially for patients with rhinitis and pharyngitis,and has good safety.
