应用清单式管理模式提高呼吸科痰标本留取成功率效果观察

目的 探讨呼吸科痰标本留取的管理方法,以提高痰标本留取成功率.方法 通过对本院2020年3月至2020年8月常规留取痰的标本质量和留取过程进行根因分析和风险点识别,制定痰标本留取清单和流转清单,于2020年9月至2021年2月实施清单式管理模式后评价干预效果.结果 常规留取痰标本的成功率为81.90%,实施清单式管理模式后痰标本留取成功率89.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 清单管理模式能提高痰标本留取成功率,值得在痰标本留取过程中应用和推广.

ObjectiveTo explore the management of sputum collection in respiratory department,so as to improve the success rate of sputum collection.Methods Through root cause analysis and risk point identification of routine sputum retention from March 2020 to August 2020,the sputum retention list and transfer list were made.The effect of interventions after implementation of the checklist management model from September 2020 to February 2021 was evaluated.ResultsThe success rate of routine sputum sample collection was 81.90%,and the success rate of sputum sample collection after the implementation of inventory management model was 89.61%,with statistical significance(P<0.001).ConclusionThe inventory management model can improve the success rate of sputum sample collection,and it is worth applying and popularizing in the process of sputum sample collection.
