电休克治疗抑郁症患者后白介素6水平变化的荟萃分析 被引量:2

A meta analysis of the changes of interleukin-6 levelsin patients with depression after electroconvulsive treatment

摘要 目的系统评价电休克(electroconvulsive treatment,ECT)治疗抑郁症患者后白介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平的变化及其与疗效的关系。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、PUBMED、EMBASE等数据库,两名研究者独立筛选文献、质量评价和资料提取,应用Stata软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入13个研究(n=470),Meta结果显示,重复ECT治疗后患者IL-6水平较前下降[随机效应模型,SMD=0.49,95%CI(0.11,0.88)],单次ECT后患者IL-6水平升高[固定效应模型,SMD=-0.58,95%CI(-1.02,-0.15)]。结论ECT能调节抑郁症患者紊乱的神经免疫功能,单次ECT短期促进炎症,而长期重复ECT具有抗炎作用。 Objective To systematically evaluate the changes of interleukin-6(IL-6)levels during the electroconvulsive treatment in depressed patients and the relationship with efficacy.Methods We searched in CNKI,Wanfang databases,PUBMED,EMBASE and other databases.Documents screening,quality assessment of methodology,data extraction were conducted by two researchers separately.We used Satasoftware for data analysis.Results Thirteen studies(n=470 subjects)were eligible.The results showed that IL-6 levels decreased after repeated ECT(randomeffect model,SMD=0.49,95%CI(0.11,0.88)),and IL-6 levels increased after single ECT(fixed-effect model,SMD=-0.58,95%CI(-1.02,-0.15)).Conclusion ECT can regulate the disordered neuroimmune function in depressed patients.Single ECT promotes inflammation in the short term,while long term repeat ECT has anti-inflammatory effects.
