摘要
目的分析认知行为+家庭治疗对首发青少年抑郁症(MDD)的临床疗效。方法入组研究对象是2017年1月~2021年1月我院门诊及住院168例首诊青少年MDD患者,随机分为两组(n=84),对比组接受常规药物治疗,观察组在对比组基础上接受认知行为+家庭治疗,对比两组临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项版本(HAMD-24)评分、蒙哥马利-阿斯伯格抑郁量表(MADRS)评分、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)评分、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评分。结果观察组临床总有效率(97.62%)高于对比组(83.33%),观察组第四周、第六周、第八周HAMD-24评分、MADRS评分、BDI评分均低于对比组,观察组第四周、第六周、第八周SSRS评分高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为+家庭治疗可有效减轻首发青少年MDD患者抑郁症状及心理健康状况,提高社会支持度。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of cognitive behavior+family therapy for first-episode adolescent depression(MDD).Methods The subjects of the study were 168 first diagnosed adolescent MDD patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random method(n=84).The control group received routine drug treatment,and the observation group received cognitive behavior+family treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the score of the 24 item version of Hamilton Depression Scale(hamd-24),the score of Montgomery Asperger Depression Scale(MADRS)and Baker Depression Inventory(BDI)score and social support rating scale(SSRs)score were compared between two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(97.62%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the hamd-24 score,MADRS score and BDI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the fourth,sixth and eighth weeks,and the SSRs score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at the fourth,sixth and eighth weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavior+family therapy can effectively reduce the depressive symptoms and mental health status of first-episode adolescent MDD patients,and improve social support.
