综合心理护理对宫颈癌前病变患者心理状况的影响

Effect of comprehensive psychological nursing on mental health and anxiety in patients with cervical precancerous lesions

目的观察综合心理护理应用在宫颈癌前病变(Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)患者中的效果及对其心理健康状况、焦虑情绪的影响。方法选择2017年6月~2021年6月接诊的80例宫颈癌前病变患者,随机分为:观察组(纳入40例,在对照组基础上加用综合心理护理)、对照组(纳入40例,提供常规护理),比较治疗前后两组间的抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、一般自我效能感量表(GeneralSelfEfficacyScale,GSES)、希望水平量表(Herth hope index,HHI)、医学应对方式量表(medical coping modes questionnaire,MCMQ)、健康调查简表(36-itemshort-form,SF-36)评分情况。结果护理前,组间SDS、SAS、GSES、HHI、MCMQ(包括屈服、回避、面对评分)、SF-36差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SDS、SAS、屈服、回避评分较低,GSES、HHI、面对、SF-36评分更高(P<0.05)。结论对CIN患者实施综合心理护理,能够减轻其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高心理健康状况、希望水平、自我效能感、生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing in patients with cervical precancerous lesions(CIN)and its effect on their mental health and anxiety.Methods 80 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted from June 2017 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases were included and comprehensive psychological nursing was added to the control group)and control group(40 cases were included and routine nursing was provided),The scores of self rating Depression Scale(SDS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),general self-efficacy scale(GSEs),hope index(HHI),medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ),and 36 item short form(SF-36)were compared between two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SDS,SAS,GSEs,HHI,MCMQ(including yield,avoidance,face score)and SF-36 between the groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS,SAS,yield and avoidance in the observation group were lower,and the scores of GSEs,HHI,face and SF-36 were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive psychological nursing for CIN patients can reduce their anxiety and depression,and improve their mental health,hope level,self-efficacy and quality of life.
