结直肠癌患者血清miR-21、miR-196a标志物的表达水平及临床意义

The Expression Levels of Serum miR-21 and miR-196a in Colorectal Cancer Patients,and Their Clinical Significance

目的:分析结直肠癌患者血清miR-21、miR-196a标志物的表达水平及意义。方法:选择我院2021年1月至2022年5月诊治的结直肠癌患者60例作为观察对象,将其纳入病例组;另选同期疑似结直肠癌,但查体健康者60名作为对照组。检测2组血清miR-21和miR-196a水平,问卷调查结直肠癌患者临床病理特征。结果:病例组患者血清miR-21和miR-196a表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、部位方面,血清miR-21、miR-196a表达水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在浸润深度、TNM分期、分化程度、神经浸润、淋巴结转移方面,血清miR-21、miR-196a表达水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌血清患者miR-21、miR-196a水平升高与肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期、分化程度、神经浸润、淋巴结转移有关。

Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum miR-21 and miR-196a of colorectal cancer patients,and their clinical significance.Methods Enrolled 60 patients with colorectal cancer treated in authors’hospital(2021-01-2022-05)into this study as case group,at the same time,60 physical examinees health as control group,both’s serum miR-21 and miR-196a were detected,as well as their clinical pathological features were investigated by using questionnaire.Results The expression levels of miR-21 and miR-196a in case group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05),between age,gender,neoplasms’size and site,as well as in the levels there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);But,between infiltration depth,TNM stages,differentiation degrees,nerve infiltration,and lymphnode metastasis,as well as in the levels of colorectal cancer patients there all were statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The increase of the miR-21 and miR-196a levels of colorectal cancer patients are related to neoplasms’infiltration depth,TNM stages,differentiation degrees,nerve infiltration,ad lymphnode metastasis.
