单孔腹腔镜在结直肠癌手术中的临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Single-port Laparoscope in Surgically Treating Colorectal Cancer

目的:观察单孔腹腔镜在结直肠癌手术中的临床效果。方法:将120例结直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用传统腹腔镜结直肠癌手术治疗,观察组患者采用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗,比较2组患者手术相关指标、术后恢复情况及术后并发症发生率。结果:2组患者术中出血量、手术时间和清扫淋巴结数目比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后首次排气时间、首次下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在结直肠癌的治疗中,单孔腹腔镜手术和传统腹腔镜手术在术中出血量、手术时间和清扫淋巴结数目方面比较无显著性差异,但单孔腹腔镜手术术后并发症发生率低,且术后恢复时间快,达到了一定的微创效果。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of single-port laparoscope in surgically treating colorectal cancer.Methods Randomly divided 120 patients with colorectal cancer treated in author’s hospital into control group(60 cases,routine laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer)and observation group(60 cases,instead of via single-port laparoscope for treatment of it);then,compared both groups’operative norms,postoperative recovery status,and postoperative complication incidence.Results In intraoperative bleeding volume,operating time,and the numbers of lymphnode removed there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but in the time for first flatus,for first out-of-bed,and for hospitalization,as well as in the incidence of postoperative complications,observation group was respectively shorter,as well as lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine laparoscope in intraoperative bleeding volume,operating time and the numbers of lymphnode removed single-port one has no difference,but it has such merits as lower postoperative complications’incidence,and faster postoperative recovery,as well as attains certain mini-invasive efficacy.
