共情护理对结直肠癌化疗期间患者心理状态及生存质量的影响

The Influence of Empathy Nursing on Their Mental Situation and Quality of Life When Colorectal Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探究共情护理对结直肠癌化疗期间患者心理状态及生存质量的影响。方法:将106例结直肠癌术后化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上行共情护理,比较2组患者贝克焦虑量表(BAI)、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)及大肠癌患者生命质量量表(FACT-C)评分。结果:干预前2组患者BAI、BDI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者BAI、BDI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者生理状况、家庭/社会状况、情感状况、功能状况及附加关注评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:共情护理可改善结直肠癌患者术后化疗的心理状态,提高生活质量,改善患者健康状况。

Objective To investigate the influence of empathy nursing on their mental situation and quality of life when colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Randomly divided 106 colorectal cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy in author’s hospital into control group(53 cases,routine nursing intervention on patients)and observation group(53 cases,routine one plus empathy nursing);then,compared both groups’score ratings from BAI,BDI and FACT-C.Results Before intervention in the ratings from BAI and BDI there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but,after intervention in the ratings from BAI and BDI observation group was all lower than control group(P<0.05);after intervention in the score ratings on mental situation,family/society situation,emotion situation,function situation,and additional attention observation group was all higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy nursing can improve their mental situation when patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy,enhance their quality of life,and improve their health situation.
