微信平台疼痛护理对结直肠癌患者术后疼痛和PSQI的影响

The Influence of Pain Nursing from We-Platform on Postoperative Pain and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Indexes of Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的:分析微信平台疼痛护理对结直肠癌患者术后疼痛与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)的影响。方法:将80例结直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理,干预组患者采用微信平台疼痛护理,比较2组患者术后相关指标、疼痛评分和PSQI评分。结果:干预组患者排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后2 h 2组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1 d、3 d、6 d干预组患者疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术前1 d 2组患者PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1 d、3 d、6 d干预组患者PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微信平台疼痛护理可减轻结直肠癌患者术后疼痛,提高睡眠质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of pain nursing from We-platform on postoperative pain and Pittsburgh sleep quality indexes(PSQI)of colorectal cancer patients.Methods Randomly divded 80 colorectal cance patients treated in authors’hospital into control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and intervention group(40 cases,pain nursing from We-platform);then,compared both groups’relevant postoperative norms,as well as the score ratings on pain and on PSQI.Results In the time for flatus,for out-of-bed ambulation,and for hospitalization intervention group was all shorter than control group(P<0.05);at 2 h after surgery in both groups’ratings on pain there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but,at 1,3 and 6(days)after surgery,the ratings of intervention group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the day before surgery in the ratings on PSQI there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but,at 1,3 and 6(days)after surgery,the ratings of intervention group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain nursing from We-platform can reduce postoperative pain of colorectal cancer patients,and enhance their sleep quality.
