精细化护理在肛肠病手术中的应用效果观察

Finest Nursing Applied in the Surgery for Coloproctological Diseases:Efficacy Observation

目的:观察精细化护理在肛肠病手术中的应用效果。方法:将86例肛肠病手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用精细化护理,比较2组患者护理前后疼痛评分、创面愈合时间、住院时间及患者满意度。结果:护理前2组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肛肠病手术患者采用精细化护理干预可明显减轻患者疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间和住院时间,提高患者满意度。

Objective To observe the efficacy of finest nursing applied in the surgery for coloproctological diseases.Methods Randomy divided 86 patients with coloproctolgoical diseases and undergoing surgery in author’s hospital into control group(43 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(43 cases,finest one);then,compared both groups’ratings on pain,wound-surface healing time,hospitalization stay,and patients’satisfactory degree.Results Before nursing in the ratings on pain there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing in the ratings on pain observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);in the time for wound-surface healing and hospitalization observation group was all shorter than control group(P<0.05);in observation group the patients’satisfactory degree was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Performing finest nursing on the patients undergoing surgery for coloproctological diseases can significantly relieve patients’pain,shorten wound-surface healing time and hospitalization stay,and enhance their satisfactory degree.
