人性化护理在肛周脓肿术后的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing after Operation of Perianal Abscess

目的:观察人性化护理在肛周脓肿术后的应用效果。方法:将86例肛周脓肿手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予人性化护理,比较2组患者护理效果。结果:观察组患者术后疼痛评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肛周脓肿患者采用人性化护理模式,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,改善负面情绪和睡眠质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective To observe the application effect of humanized nursing after operation of perianal abscess.Methods 86 cases of perianal abscess were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine care,and the patients in the observation group were given humanized nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores on postoperative pain,SAS,SDS and sleep quality in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing model for perianal abscess patients can effectively reduce their postoperative pain,improve their negative emotions and sleep quality,and enhance patients’satisfaction.
