沙库巴曲缬沙坦对急性心肌梗死合并心功能不全PCI术患者的疗效分析

Effect analysis of sakobactri valsartan on PCI for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiac dysfunction

目的 分析急性心肌梗死合并心功能不全PCI术患者接受沙库巴曲缬沙的效果。方法 将河南大学第一附属医院2020年1月—2021年12月期间接受治疗的102例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按治疗用药不同将接受马来酸依那普利片治疗的51例作为常规组,将使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗的51作为观察组,两组患者均接受PCI术,比较两组患者心功能指标、B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、不良反应发生率。结果 干预前无明显差异,P>0.05;干预后有差异,且观察组患者左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)分别为(35.21±1.42)mm及(54.37±5.12)mm,低于常规组患者,左室射血分数(LVEF)(69.87±5.29)%高于常规组患者,P<0.05;观察组CRP、BNP水平分别为(4.34±1.31)mg/L及(281.05±13.31)pg/mL,低于常规组患者,P<0.05;观察组心血管不良事件发生率(7.84%)相较于常规组(23.52%)明显降低,P<0.05。结论 沙库巴曲缬沙坦有着显著治疗效果,是能够改善患者心功能,且不良反应较低,可以考虑积极推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of sakobactrivalsa in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiac dysfunction undergoing PCI. Methods A total of 102 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the conventional group and the observation group. Patients in both groups received PCI, the conventional group received enalapril maleate tablet, and the observation group received sakubattrel valsartan. Cardiac function indexes, BNP level, CRP level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference before intervention, P>0.05;After intervention, LVESD and LVEDD in observation group were(35.21±1.42) mm and(54.37±5.12) mm, respectively, lower than that of conventional group, and LVEF(69.87±5.29)% was higher than that of conventional group, P<0.05. The levels of CRP and BNP in observation group were(4.34±1.31) mg/L and(281.05±13.31) pg/mL, respectively, which were lower than those of conventional group, P<0.05. The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group(7.84%) was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(23.52%), P<0.05. Conclusions Sakobactri valsartan has significant therapeutic effect and can improve the cardiac function of patients with low adverse reactions, so it can be actively promoted.
