硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗早产胎膜早破对分娩方式及不良反应影响的研究

Effects of magnesium sulfate combined with Ritodrine hydrochloride on premature rupture of membranes on delivery mode and adverse reactions

摘要 目的 评估硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗早产胎膜早破分娩方式及不良反应的效果。方法 现于2021年4月至2022年4月商丘市妇幼保健院产科行早产胎膜早破治疗的61例产妇作为样本对象。根据治疗药物的不同分为两组,分别为对照组30例与观察组31例。对照组予以硫酸镁治疗,观察组则予以硫酸镁与盐酸利托君联合治疗。评估比对两组治疗前后炎症因子水平、治疗后临床时间指标、分娩方式、结局以及不良反应情况。结果 通过治疗,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-2以及白细胞介素-6均低于对照组,3项对比所得结果显示有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组宫缩抑制时间与治疗时间均短于对照组,孕期延长时间则长于对照组,3项对比所得结果显示有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组阴道分娩率(70.00%)高于对照组(36.67%),新生儿Apgar评分也高于对照组,2项对比所得结果显示有统计学意义(P<0.05),且该组不良反应发生率(6.45%)低于对照组(26.67%),比对所得结果显示有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对早产胎膜早破相较于单一硫酸镁治疗,联合运用盐酸利托君治疗效果更为优异,其能达到抑制炎症、优化临床时间指标以及促进分娩方式、结局的理想效果,且联合用药安全性更高。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with Ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes and adverse reactions. Methods From April 2021 to April 2022, 61 parturients who received premature premature rupture of membranes in the obstetric department of our hospital were selected as sample objects. According to the different therapeutic drugs were divided into two groups, respectively control group 30 cases and observation group 31 cases. The control group was treated with single magnesium sulfate, and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with Ritodrine hydrochloride. The levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment, clinical time indexes after treatment, delivery mode, outcome and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results After treatment, tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the results of 3 comparisons were significant(P<0.001). The contraction inhibition time and treatment time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, and the prolongation time of pregnancy was longer than that of the control group. The results of 3 comparisons showed P<0.001;The vaginal delivery rate(70.00%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(36.67%), and the neonatal Apgar score was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.45%) was lower than that in the control group(26.67%), the results of comparison showed significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Compared with single magnesium sulfate treatment, the combined application of Ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes is more excellent, which can achieve the ideal effect of inhibiting inflammation, optimizing clinical time indexes, promoting the delivery mode and outcome, and the combination of drugs has higher safety.
