内源性再输注血液透析滤过在血液透析不宁腿综合征中的应用

Application of endogenous retransfusion hemodiafiltration in hemodialysis restless leg syndrome

目的分析内源性再输注血液透析滤过在血液透析不宁腿综合征中的应用效果。方法选取天津市北辰医院2019年3月-2022年3月期间收治的14例通过维持性血液透析进行治疗的尿毒症不宁腿综合征患者为研究对象,对所有患者均开展内源性再输注血液透析滤过治疗,每周2次。观察治疗前后的实验室指标、不宁腿综合征评分、睡眠质量评分和生活质量评分。结果患者治疗前后白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板、C反应蛋白、甲状旁腺激素含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗前后尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、磷、胱抑素-C、同型半胱氨酸和β2微球蛋白含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗后不宁腿综合征评分、睡眠质量评分和生活质量评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论内源性再输注血液透析滤过治疗血液透析不宁腿综合征具有良好的效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of endogenous retransfusion hemodiafiltration in patients with hemodialysis restless legs syndrome.Methods 14 patients with uremic restless leg syndrome who were treated by maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected,all patients were treated with endogenous retransfusion hemodiafiltration twice a week.The laboratory indexes,restless legs syndrome score,sleep quality score and quality of life score were observed before and after treatment.Results The Levels of WBC,RBC,HB,Platelet,CRP and Parathyroid hormone had no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05),there were significant differences in blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,phosphorus,cystatin-c,homocysteine andβ2-microglobulin before and after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of restless leg syndrome,quality of sleep and quality of life were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Endogenous retransfusion hemodiafiltration has a good effect on the treatment of hemodialysis restless legs syndrome,and it is worth popularizing.
