接纳承诺疗法对带状疱疹后神经痛患者疼痛阈值、疼痛程度、负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of acceptance commitment therapy on pain threshold,pain degree,negative emotion and quality of life in patients with postherpetic neuralgia

目的探讨分析接纳承诺疗法对带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)患者疼痛阈值、疼痛程度、负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法在江苏省沭阳县中医院2019年8月-2022年7月期间收治的PHN患者中抽取98例作为研究对象,按照双色球法随机分为两组,蓝色球49例作为对照组,接受常规健康教育与心理护理,红色球49例作为研究组,在对照组相同干预基础上实施接纳承诺疗法,比较两组疼痛阈值、疼痛程度、负性情绪及生活质量。结果干预后,研究组疼痛阈值、SF-36评分均升高,且均高于对照组,P<0.05;SF-MPQ评分、HAS、HDS评分均降低,且均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论接纳承诺疗法可提高PHN患者疼痛阈值,降低疼痛程度,改善负性情绪,提高生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effects of acceptance commitment therapy on pain threshold,pain degree,negative emotions and quality of life in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 98 PHN patients admitted in our hospital from August 2019 to July 2022 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the two-color ball method.Forty nine patients with blue balls served as the control group,receiving routine health education and psychological care,and 49 patients with red balls served as the research group.Acceptance commitment therapy was implemented on the basis of the same intervention in the control group.The pain threshold,pain degree,negative emotions and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the pain threshold and SF-36 score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of SF-MPQ,HAS and HDS were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acceptance commitment therapy can reduce the pain threshold of PHN patients,reduce the degree of pain,improve negative emotions,and improve the quality of life.It has clinical application value.
