股骨颈骨折患者术后康复护理的研究进展

Research progress of postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture

骨折疾病中,股骨颈骨折较常见,老年群体的发生率较高,随着我国人口老龄化程度进一步加深,该病发生率、残疾率呈上升趋势,威胁人们生命健康,是一个重要的社会问题。手术是股骨颈骨折患者的常用方案,临床常用术式为髋关节置换术,治疗效果较佳,但术后因为老年患者的各项机能呈衰退趋势,预后效果欠佳,因此术后给予合理有效的康复护理干预尤为必要,对提高老年患者关节功能康复效果、改善预后有重要意义。加速康复外科理念在此背景下应运而生。现对应用髋关节置换术治疗方案的老年股骨颈骨折患者术后应用ERAS方案的效果及其护理现状进行综述。

Among fracture diseases,femoral neck fracture is more common,and the incidence of elderly groups is higher,and the incidence rate of this disease is increasing with the severe situation of aging in China,and has become an important social problem that threatens people's life and health.Surgery is a common protocol for patients with femoral neck fracture,and the commonly used clinical operation is hip arthroplasty,which has a better treatment effect,but because the functions of elderly patients are declining,the prognosis effect is not good,so it is particularly necessary to give reasonable and effective rehabilitation nursing intervention after surgery,which is of positive significance to improve the effect of joint function rehabilitation and improve the prognosis of elderly patients.Enhanced recovery after surgery came into being in this context.This paper reviews the effect of ERAS regimen and the nursing status of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who use hip replacement treatment regimen after surgery.
