奥司他韦在儿童脓毒血症治疗中的应用及其凝血功能分析

Application and coagulation function analysis of oseltamivir in the treatment of sepsis in children

目的研究儿童脓毒血症治疗中应用奥司他韦的效果。方法根据治疗方法的不同将长沙市妇幼保健院2020年1月-2022年6月收治的82例脓毒血症患儿分为两组,B组(41例)行常规治疗,A组(41例)在常规治疗基础上给予奥司他韦治疗,比较两组血小板参数、凝血功能、炎性因子水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,A组激活全血凝固时间(ACT)、凝血速率(CR)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及炎性因子水平均低于B组,血小板功能(PF)、血小板计数(PLT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平及治疗总有效率均高于B组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论奥司他韦可有效改善患儿凝血功能,提高临床疗效且安全性更高。

Objective To study the effect of oseltamivir in the treatment of sepsis in children.Methods According to the different method of treatment to the hospital between January 2020 and June 2022 were analyzed in 82 cases of children with sepsis is divided into two groups:group B(41 cases)line of conventional treatment,group A(n=41)line of regular treatment with oseltamivir treatment,compared two groups of platelet parameters,blood coagulation function and inflammatory factor levels,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions occur.Results After treatment group A blood coagulation time(ACT),blood coagulation rate(CR),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT)live enzymes and inflammatory factor levels are lower than group B,platelet function(PF),platelet count(PLT),fibrinogen(FIB)level and total effective rate were higher than group B(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir can effectively improve the coagulation function of children,improve the clinical efficacy and safety.
