2020-2021年我院麻醉药品使用情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of narcotic drug use in our hospital from 2020 to 2021

目的调查分析2020-2021年廉江市人民医院麻醉药品使用情况。方法通过廉江市人民医院信息管理系统,收集2020-2021年该院住院患者的麻醉药品使用情况及相关数据。统计2020-2021年药品总销售金额、麻醉药品销售金额及构成比,分析用药频度(DDDs)。结果2020-2021年,该院的麻醉药品销售金额及构成比相对稳定;2020年麻醉药品中,盐酸羟考酮缓释片(40mg/片)DDDs最大,为19252.80;枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液(75μg/支)DDDs次之,为6590.30;盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10mg/片)DDDs居第三位,为6177.07;2021年麻醉药品中,盐酸羟考酮缓释片(40mg/片)DDDs最大,为14996.27;枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液(75μg/支)DDDs次之,为7819.50;盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10mg/片)DDDs居第三位,为4371.87。结论2020-2021年该院麻醉药品销售金额及构成比相对稳定,麻醉药品的使用基本合理,盐酸羟考酮缓释片(40mg/片)、盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10mg/片)、枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液(75μg/支)的DDDs位居前三,使用频率较高。

Objective To investigate and analyze the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital from 2020 to 2021.Methods Through the information management system of Lianjiang People's Hospital,the use of narcotic drugs and related data of inpatients in Lianjiang People's Hospital from 2020 to 2021 were collected.Total consumption sum of drugs,consumption sum of narcotic drugs and constituent ratio from 2020 to 2021 were analyzed,and DDDs were analyzed.Results The consumption sum and component ratio of narcotic drugs in our hospital were relatively stable from 2020 to 2021.In 2020,the DDDs of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(40mg/tablet)was the largest,which was 19252.80.The DDDs of Sufentanil citrate injection(75μg/branch)was 6590.30,followed by that of Sufentanil citrate injection.DDDs of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(10mg/tablet)ranked the third,with 6177.07;In 2021,the DDDs of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(40mg/tablet)was the largest,which was 14996.27.The DDDs of Sufentanil citrate injection(75μg/branch)was 7819.50,followed by that of Sufentanil citrate injection(75μg/branch).DDDs of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(10mg/tablet)ranked the third,with 4371.87.Conclusions The consumption sum and constituent ratio of narcotic drugs in our hospital were relatively stable from 2020 to 2021,and the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital was basically reasonable.DDDs of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets(40mg/tablet),oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets(10mg/tablet)and sufentanil citrate injection(75μg/tablet)ranked the top three,with high frequency of use.
