血清ApoA1、NT-proBNP和HCY与急性脑梗塞病情严重程度的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of serum ApoA1,NT-proBNP and HCY with the severity of acute cerebral infarction

目的分析血清载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)与急性脑梗塞(ACI)患者病情严重程度的相关性。方法80例ACI患者作为观察组,80例健康体检人员作为对照组。ACI患者根据病情分为轻、中、重度三组,采集静脉血进行血清ApoA1、HCY和NT-proBNP检测,比较分析血清ApoA1、NT-proBNP和HCY水平与患者病情严重程度的相关性。结果观察组血清ApoA1水平较对照组降低,而血清HCY和NT-proBNP水平较对照组升高,组间比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻、中、重度组血清ApoA1水平为:轻度组>中度组>重度组,血清HCY和NT-proBNP水平为轻度组<中度组<重度组,组间比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ACI患者中血清ApoA1水平降低,NT-proBNP和HCY水平升高,低水平ApoA1和高水平NT-proBNP和HCY与病情更严重相关。

Objective The correlation between serum apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and homocysteine(HCY)and the severity of acute cerebral infarction(ACI)was analyzed.Methods 80 patients with ACI were used as the observation group,and 80 health examinees were used as the control group.ACI patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups according to their condition,which of venous blood was collected for serum ApoA1,HCY and NT-proBNP detection,where the correlation between serum ApoA1,NT-proBNP and HCY levels and the severity of patients was analyzed.Results The serum ApoA1 level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the serum HCY and NT-proBNP levels were higher than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum ApoA1 level of mild,moderate and severe groups was:mild group>moderate group>severe group,while the serum HCY and NT-proBNP levels were mild group<moderate group<severe group,which was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum ApoA1 level decreased,NT-proBNP and HCY levels increased in ACI patients,where low level ApoA1 and high level NT-proBNP and HCY were associated with more severe disease.
