MRI与CT在膝关节损伤诊断中的应用对照研究

Comparative study of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of knee joint injury

目的比较MRI与CT对于膝关节损伤的诊断效果。方法选择2021年3月-2022年2月期间于通用医疗秦岭医院就诊的102例疑似膝关节损伤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受CT与MRI检查。比较MRI与CT对于膝关节损伤的诊断结果,以及诊断的阴性预测值、阳性预测值、灵敏度、特异度、符合率、检查所需时间。结果102例疑似膝关节损伤患者经金标准诊断阳性75例(73.53%),其中MRI检查阳性74例(72.55%),CT检查阳性65例(63.73%)。MRI对于膝关节损伤诊断的阴性预测值、阳性预测值、灵敏度、特异度、符合率均高于CT,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在膝关节损伤检查过程中,MRI用时(23.65±3.00)min,CT用时(10.25±2.23)min,MRI对膝关节损伤的检查时间长于CT,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI与CT对于膝关节损伤均具有诊断优势,但MRI的诊断效果更理想,保障了患者的诊疗质量。

Objective To compare the diagnostic effects of MRI and CT in knee joint injury.Methods 102 patients with suspected knee joint injury who were treated in our hospital from March,2021 to February,2022 were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by CT and MRI.Compare the diagnostic results of MRI and CT for knee joint injury,as well as the negative predictive value,positive predictive value,sensitivity,specificity,coincidence rate and the time required for examination.Results Of the 102 suspected knee joint injuries,75 cases(73.53%)were diagnosed as positive by gold standard,including 74 cases(72.55%)by MRI and 65 cases(63.73%)by CT.The negative predictive value,positive predictive value,sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate of MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint injury are higher than those of CT,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the process of knee joint injury examination,MRI took(23.65±3.00)min and CT took(10.25±2.23)min.The examination time of MRI was longer than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both MRI and CT have diagnostic advantages for knee joint injuries,but the diagnostic effect of MRI is more ideal,which guarantees the quality of diagnosis and treatment of patients.
