饮食管理联合骨三醇对骨质疏松患者的视觉模拟评分、骨密度的影响分析 被引量:1

Effects of dietary management combined with osteo-triol on visual analogue scale and bone mineral density in patients with osteoporosis

摘要 目的研究骨质疏松症(OP)患者行饮食管理+骨三醇治疗的效果。方法数据取自天津市北辰医院2020年3月-2021年12月收治的90例OP患者,采用“随机数字表法”分为参照组(钙尔奇D治疗,n=45)、科研组(骨三醇治疗,n=45),用药期间给予饮食管理,两组临床疗效比较分析。结果用药前两组临床指标及骨密度比较,无差异,P>0.05;用药后与参照组比较,科研组IL-6、TNF-α及视觉模拟评分值更低,IGF-1值、骨密度更高;科研组有效率(95.56%)高于参照组(82.22%),χ2=4.050,P=0.044,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食管理+骨三醇治疗OP患者可改善骨密度,减轻疼痛、减缓炎症程度,增强疗效、促进病情恢复,值得推广。 Objective To study the effect of diet management plus osteo-triol in the treatment of osteoporosis(OP).Methods Data were collected from 90 patients with OP who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021.The patients were divided into two groups by“Random Number Table”:the control group(Caltrate D,n=45)and the research group(osteotinol,n=45).During the administration of diet management,the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in bone metabolic index,clinical index and bone mineral density before treatment,P>0.05.After treatment,compared with the control group,IL-6,TNF-αand visual analogue scale were lower,IGF-1 and BMD were higher in the research group;the effective rate of the research group(95.56%)is higher than that of the control group(82.22%),χ2=4.050,P=0.044,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet management combined with osteo-triol can improve bone metabolism,bone mineral density,relieve pain,relieve inflammation,enhance curative effect and promote recovery of patients with OP,which is worthy of praise.
