摘要 人才是第一资源。综合医院人才培养体系的建设有助于改善医院服务效能,提高医院竞争力;有助于塑造良好的医院文化;是吸引、留住和激励职工的重要手段。当前综合医院人才培养普遍存在人才培养需求不够明确、人才培养体系不够系统、人才培养评价机制不够健全等问题。建立综合医院人才培养体系,应从制定人才培养规划、人才培养实施、人才培养效果评估、人才培养总结和效果反馈等几方面入手,形成连贯、完整的系统,进而探索出人才培养的可行性方案,为医院人才提供适宜的培养环境,激发人才成长潜力,发挥人才最大效用,促进医院的长远发展。 Talent is the first resource.The construction of personnel training system in general hospitals is helpful to improve the service efficiency and competitiveness of hospitals;help to shape a good hospital culture;it is an important means to attract,retain and motivate employees.At present,there are many problems in talent training in general hospitals,such as the lack of clear demand for talent training,the lack of systematic talent training system and the lack of perfect evaluation mechanism.System of general hospital personnel training,we should implement the plan of talent training,adopt the means of talent training,talent training effect evaluation,the summary of talent fostering and the result feedback and so on several aspects,form a coherent and complete system,and explore the feasibility of the talent training scheme,the cultivation of the talent to provide appropriate environment for hospital,stimulate the talents growth potential,take maximum utility talents,to promote the long-term development of the hospital.
