围手术期精细化护理对重症颅脑损伤患者神经功能及生活质量的影响

Influence of perioperative meticulous nursing on neurological function and quality of life in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的探讨针对重症颅脑损伤者采取围手术期精细化护理措施对神经功能、生活质量的影响。方法纳入收治的82例重症颅脑损伤(2020年1月-2022年2月)患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法原则,将患者分成观察组41例与对照组41例。两组患者均是应用手术治疗方式,对照组采取围手术期常规护理模式,观察组采取围手术期精细化护理模式,对比两组患者护理前后神经功能(NIHSS评分、GCS评分)、生活质量(WHOQOL-BREF评分)及护理满意度。结果观察组患者在护理后NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后GCS评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为95.12%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对重症颅脑损伤患者应用围手术期精细化护理效果显著,可改善患者神经功能及生活质量,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative meticulous nursing measures on neurological function and quality of life for patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 82 patients with severe craniocerebral injury(2020.1-2022.2)were included as the research objects.According to the principle of random number table,the patients were divided into an observation group of 41 cases and a control group of 41 cases.Both groups of patients were treated with surgery,the control group was treated with routine perioperative nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with refined perioperative nursing mode.The neurological function(NIHSS score,GCS score),quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF score)and nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the GCS score and WHOQOL-BREF score of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.12%higher than that in the control group,which was 78.05%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative meticulous nursing is satisfactory in the intervention of severe craniocerebral injury,improves the neurological function and quality of life of patients,and improves the nursing satisfaction of patients.
