更年期综合征采用加味逍遥丸的效果及对内分泌、植物神经的影响分析

The effect of modified Xiaoyao Pill on climacteric syndrome and its effect on endocrine and vegetative nerve were analyzed

目的研究更年期综合征患者行加味逍遥丸治疗的效果。方法数据取自天津市河西区中医医院2019年1月-2021年12月收治的68例更年期综合征患者,采用“随机取样法”分为基础组(34例,谷维素片)、研讨组(34例,加味逍遥丸),对两组临床疗效进行分析比较。结果用药前,两组比较临床症状评分、内分泌功能及临床指标无差异,P>0.05;用药后,研讨组临床症状评分较基础组更低;E2指标更高,LH、FSH及P指标更低;植物神经平衡指数、PSQI评分及BDI评分更低;研讨组有效率(97.06%)高于基础组(82.35%)。结论加味逍遥丸治疗更年期综合征患者可减缓临床症状、调节内分泌激素,改善植物神经、睡眠质量,改善心理健康状况,提高疗效的同时,保证用药安全,值得推广。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Xiaoyao Pill on climacteric syndrome.Methods Data were collected from 68 patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021.They were divided into basic group(n=34,Oryzanol tablets)and research group(n=34,Jiawei Xiaoyao Pill)by"Random sampling",comparison and analysis of clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in clinical symptom score,endocrine function and clinical index before treatment,P>0.05.After treatment,the clinical symptom score was lower and the index of E2 was higher in the study group than in the basic group,the scores of LH,FSH and P were lower,the scores of autonomic nerve balance index,PSQI and BDI were lower,the effective rate(97.06%)was higher than that of the basic group(82.35%).Conclusion Jiawei Xiaoyao Pill can alleviate clinical symptoms,regulate endocrine hormones,improve the quality of vegetative nerve and sleep,and improve mental health in patients with climacteric syndrome,improve the efficacy of the same time,to ensure the safety of medication,worthy of praise.
