基于AHP法的公安机关计算机信息安全风险评估研究

计算机网络已经成为公安机关正常运转的重要载体,是不可缺少的必要工具。然而,公安机关在信息安全方面也面临着巨大的压力,一旦发生病毒感染、网络瘫痪或者失泄密事件,势必会给公安机关乃至国家造成重大的利益损失。通过对公安机关开展计算机信息安全风险评估的意义及目前存在的主要问题,引入并介绍了层次分析法(AHP法)的基本原理和具体实施方法,建立了计算机信息安全风险评估模型,以某区公安分局为例进行了模型的路演,证明该方法能有效地应用于公安机关计算机信息安全风险评估工作。

However, public security organs are also under great pressure in terms of information security. In case of virus infection, network paralysis or loss of confidentiality, it will definitely cause significant loss of interests to public security organs and even to the country. Through the significance of computer information security risk assessment in public security organs and the main problems existing at present, the basic principles and specific implementation methods of hierarchical analysis method(AHP method) were introduced and introduced, a computer information security risk assessment model was established, and a road show of the model was conducted with a district public security bureau as an example to prove that the method can be effectively applied to computer information security risk assessment in public security organs.
