公安院校实践教学应树立契合公安法治实践政治属性的忠诚警魂理念,契合公安法治实践应用属性的应用型法治人才培养理念,契合公安法治实践特色属性的特色人才培养理念。将来源于公安法治实践的师资队伍资源、教学内容形态资源、教学场域资源,运用到根源于公安法治实践创新发展和人民性服务功能的公安院校实践教学新发展中,将实践教学作为公安法治实践的伴奏和公安法治实践系统的子系统贯穿于公安法治实践全过程。

The practical teaching in public security colleges should establish the concept of loyalty to the police soul that fits the political attributes of public security rule of law practice,the concept of cultivating applied rule of law talents that fits the application attributes of public security rule of law practice,and the concept of cultivating special talents that fits the characteristic attributes of public security rule of law practice.The resources of teachers’team,teaching content and teaching field derived from public security rule of law practice are applied to the new development of practice teaching in public security colleges and universities rooted in the innovative development of public security rule of law practice and peopleoriented service functions,and practice teaching is used as the accompaniment of public security rule of law practice and the subsystem of public security rule of law practice system throughout the whole process of public security rule of law practice.
