The construction of new liberal arts is a necessary proposition for the change of the times,which has rich connotation of the times.Cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence technology have constructed the background of the development of the times.Facing the impact of the era of big data,the practice teaching of law in China shows the dilemma of imbalance in the supply of teachers,the supply of teaching resources,the teaching content,the standard of talents,the means and methods of teaching,which is out of touch with the practice of intelligent justice.Confined to the traditional path,it is difficult to match the requirements of the times and the requirements of innovation for the development of new liberal arts.The change of the times,the advantages of cloud education and the needs of students have become the key to the reform of legal practice teaching.The change of the times of teachers and students and the cloudization of practical teaching methods have constructed the path of legal practice teaching reform,which provides a practical basis for the cultivation of new liberal arts talents and the development of teaching.
