摘要
目的客观监测评估吸毒人员的毒瘾渴求度,弥补传统量表主观性强的弊端。方法选取9名甲基苯丙胺成瘾者和9名健康受试者,对受试者进行线索诱导,并采用fNIRS设备记录血氧数据,监测大脑前额叶激活状态。结果(1)在静息态,两组受试者血氧含量均维持在低位平稳水平;(2)在任务态,两组受试者血氧含量出现显著差异,其中实验组前额叶激活程度明显、激活区域广泛,而对照组始终保持在低水平状态。结论fNIRS技术可有效监测评估吸毒人员毒瘾渴求度。
Objective To objectively monitor and evaluate craving of drug abusers,and to step up the traditional scales with strong subjectivity.Methods A total of 9 methamphetamine addicts and 9 healthy subjects were selected for cue induction,and fNIRS equipment was used to record blood oxygen data and monitor the activation state of the frontal lobe.Results(1)In the resting state,blood oxygen content of the two groups remained at a low and stable level;(2)In the task state,the blood oxygen content of the two groups showed significant differences,and the prefrontal lobe activation degree was obvious in the experimental group and the activation area was extensive,while the control group always maintained a low level.Conclusion fNIRS technology can effectively monitor and evaluate drug craving level of drug addicts.
