暗网下的毒品犯罪及治理策略

毒品犯罪一直是世界各地执法机构大力打击的对象。随着互联网技术的迅速发展和普及,贩毒分子也同步更新了犯罪行为方式。由于暗网具有隐蔽性、全球性、复杂性等特点,已经在毒品市场占得了重要位置,而传统网络毒品犯罪防控措施难以应对目前复杂的毒情形势,对暗网毒品犯罪的治理亟需构建一套系统化治理措施。本文简要介绍暗网毒品犯罪的侦查难点,针对性地提出相应治理策略,为执法机构打击暗网毒品犯罪、合理部署警力资源提供参考。

Drug crimes have always been the target of vigorous crackdowns by law enforcement agencies around the world.With the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology,drug trafficker have also updated their criminal behavior.Due to its hidden,global,and complex characteristics,the dark web has already occupied an important position in the drug market.However,traditional online drug crime prevention and control measures are unable to cope with the current complex drug situation.Therefore,it is urgent to construct a set of systematic governance measures for the management of dark web drug crimes.This article briefly introduces the difficulties in the investigation of dark web drug crimes,and proposes corresponding governance strategies to provide reference for law enforcement agencies to combat dark web drug crimes and rationally deploy police resources.
