摘要
食物环境伦理是随着环境伦理的发展而被提出的,是食物伦理的新要求。为了应对食物生产、分配、消费所导致的环境问题,食物环境伦理提出“有机”“本土化和季节化”和“素食”的三个核心诉求,为构建环境友好型的食物环境起到了积极作用。但是,当前的食物环境伦理存在着科学主义误区:过度依赖科学作为基础,从而把伦理问题变成了科学问题,变成了用科学技术手段可以解决的问题。误区将会导致道德上的选择困难,解构目前的食物环境伦理以及降低人作为道德主体地位。为了走出误区,首先应该适当区分科学和伦理的不同论域;其次应更多地关注食物环境伦理所汇总的人文价值和社会问题;再次是将食物环境伦理建构在哲学、历史和社会学等更广泛基础上。
At the end of last century,food environmental ethics raised with the development of environmental ethics.The environment care is new in the the food ethics.In order to deal with the environmental problems caused by food production,distribution and consumption,food environmental ethics propose organic food,localization&seasonalization and vegetarian.These three core appeals of food environmental ethics play a positive role in building environmentally friendly food environment.But scientism leads food environment ethics astray:science becomes the most important foundation in food environment ethics,the ethical problems turn into scientific problems,which can be solve by scientific quantitative and technical method.scientism makes the moral choice difficultly,the deconstruction of the food environment ethics and reduced our freedom as we are moral subjects.In order to go out astray,first of all we should be appropriate to distinguish the different fields of science and ethics.Secondly,more attention should be paid to the human values and social problems summarized by food environmental ethics.The last food environment ethics should be constructed on a broader basis of philosophy,history and sociology.
