生命教育视角下的教与学关系:问题省思与整体架构 被引量:2

The Relationship Between Teaching and Learning from the Perspective of Life Education:Reflections on Problems and the Overall Structure

摘要 从生命教育视角来探讨教与学的关系,可以发现当下教与学关系中存在忽视生命向善精神、漠视生命体验需求、轻视生命自觉价值的不良倾向。促进生命发展的教与学关系需要关注教师自身“善教—乐学—无学”关系和学生自身“善学—自教—无教”关系的实现和发展。前者是后者的前提和基础,引导并推动后者发展;后者影响和促进前者发展。教师在教学活动中应当循序渐进地引导和推动学生“善学—自教—无教”关系的实现和发展需要,以“善”彰显学生生命向善精神,以“乐”凸显学生生命体验需求,以“无”突出学生生命自觉价值,实现学生“善学”“自教”和“无教”三种不同状态之间的相互促进、动态平衡、螺旋发展关系,进而实现学生从“善学”到“自教”再到“无教”状态的发展,最终实现师生互促互进、携手并进。 To explore the relationship between teaching and learning from the perspective of life education,the study finds an undesirable tendency that current teaching and learning activities ignore the goodness of life,neglect the needs of life experience and despise the conscious value of life.The relationship promoting life development needs to pay attention to the realization and development of the teachers themselves' relationship of "good teaching-happy learning-no learning" and the students themselves' relationship of "good learning-self-teaching-no teaching".The former is the premise and foundation of the latter,the former guides and promotes the development of the latter,and the latter influences and promotes the development of the former.Teachers should gradually guide and promote the realization and development of the relationship of "good learning,self-teaching and no teaching" in teaching activities.It is necessary to highlight students' spirit of good life with "good",students' demand for life experience with "happy" and students' conscious value of life with "nothing",in order to realize the relationship of mutual promotion,dynamic balance and spiral development among the three different states of students' life of "good learning","self-teaching" and "no teaching",and then realize the development of students from "good learning" to "self-teaching" and then to "no teaching",and finally realize the development of teachers and students to promote each other and go hand in hand.
