摘要
“双减”政策取得的良好成效为基础教育领域课后服务生态构建带来机遇。综合分析我国课后服务工作相关经验,阐明课后服务作为传统家校二元共育的现实需求补充,亟需组建专职课后服务队伍作为支撑课后服务生态的核心力量。从教师、学生、社会力量三个维度审思课后托管服务中的经验与问题,提出组建专职课后服务队伍的基础路径,以及专职队伍在师资储备、应急需要、新增就业、完善教育服务链条等方面的价值意义。
“Double Reduction” policy has achieved good results,which brought opportunities for the construction of after-school service ecology in the field of fundamental education.This paper analyzes the relevant experience of after-school service in China,and expounds that after-school service,as a supplement to the realistic demand of the traditional dual patten of home-school co-education,urgently needs to employ full-time service team as the core force to support the after-school service ecology.Considering the experience and problems in the after-school service from three dimensions of teachers,students and social forces,the paper puts forward the basic path of forming a full-time service team,and its value from the perspective in teacher reserve,emergency needs,new employment,and improving the service chain system.
