滚切剪比例模型及其全参数优化设计

摘要 文中以双轴双偏心滚切剪为研究对象,保留相位角,以剪切规格为基准将机构长度尺寸做归一化处理建立了滚切剪比例模型。在此基础上建立以相位角、杆长、上刀架高度及上刀圆弧半径、导向杆固定铰点位置为设计变量的重叠量目标函数,获得了比例模型重叠量波动最小的较好解。现有剪切范围内按比例设计的滚切剪具有近似对称的重叠量分布,重叠量波动量较小且与剪切规格呈线性关系,国内最大规格5000滚切剪的重叠量波动量约为0.75 mm,仅为原设计值的16.09%;开口度也与剪切规格呈线性关系,均能满足设计工艺需求,但需要综合考虑滚切剪外形尺寸和效率要求。结果表明,比例模型是合理可靠的,具有较好的应用价值。 In this article,with the focus on the double axis and double eccentric rolling-cut shear,the scale model of the rolling-cut shear is set up by retaining the phase angle and normalizing the mechanism’s length and size according to the shear specification.On this basis,the overlap objective function with such design variables as phase angle,rod length,height of upper blade,radius of upper blade arc and fixed hinge point position of guide rod,in order to work out a better solution with minimum overlap fluctuation of the scale model.The rolling-cut shear designed in proportion within the current shear range has approximately symmetrical overlap distribution.The overlap fluctuation is small and linear with the shear specification.The overlap fluctuation of the largest 5000 rolling-cut shear in China is about 0.75 mm,which is merely 16.09%of the original design value;the opening degree is also linear with the shear specification,which meets the requirements of design process.However,the dimension and efficiency requirements of the rolling-cut shear need to be comprehensively considered.The results show that the scale model which is reasonable and reliable can be widely applied.
