纯棉织物中42种农药快速筛查检测方法的确定 被引量:2

摘要 实验采用气相色谱串联质谱技术为检测手段,建立纯棉织物中42种常用农药残留同时检测的快速筛查和确证技术。用加速溶剂萃取作为提取方式,以正己烷为萃取溶剂,弗罗里硅土和PSA作为混合净化剂,无水硫酸钠为脱水剂,GC-MS/MS确证检测,内标法定量。该方法中42种常用农药的定量限均为0.01 mg/kg,回收率为60.7%~99.5%,变异系数为4.3%~10.1%。该方法稳定性和重复性好,定量限低,适用于进出口纯棉织物中农药残留的快速筛查检测。 A rapid screening and confirmation technology for simultaneous detection of 42 common pesticide residues in pure cotton fabrics was established by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Applying accelerated solvent extraction(ASE),with n-hexane as the extraction solvent and florisil/PSA as the mixed adsorbent,we used anhydrous sodium sulfate as the dehydrating agent.GC-MS/MS was used for confirmation and detection,and internal standard method was used for quantification.In this method,the LOQ of 42 commonly used pesticides was 0.01mg/kg;the recoveries ranged from 60.7% to 99.5%;and the coefficients of variation ranged from 4.3% to 10.1%.The method is proved to be stable,reproducible and has a low limit of quantification,which is suitable for rapid screening and detection of pesticide residues in imported and exported pure cotton fabrics.
