蒸发热水塔操作中发生的异常现象及处理措施

蒸发热水塔作为多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化渣水处理系统的设备,其主要作用是对黑水进行闪蒸并回收热量,塔内装有填料层,换热效果比德士古气化装置的列管式换热器明显提高。在系统运行过程中,蒸发热水塔会出现不正常运行现象,将影响到整个系统的水平衡,甚至造成整个系统停车事故。本论文主要介绍了蒸发热水塔在日常生产中遇到的一些实际问题及处理措施,为同类装置长周期运行提供操作经验和参考依据。

The evaporative hot water tower is used as the equipment of multi-nozzle opposed coal water slurry gasification slag water treatment system.The main function is to flash the black water and recover the heat.The tower is equipped with a packing layer,and the heat exchange effect is significantly improved compared with the tubular heat exchanger of the Texaco gasification unit.During the operation of the system,the evaporative hot water tower may operate abnormally,which will affect the water balance of the whole system,and even cause the shutdown accident of the whole system.This paper mainly introduces some practical problems and treatment measures encountered in daily production of evaporative hot water tower,providing operation experience and reference basis for the long-term operation of similar units.
