椎管内分娩镇痛对胎儿和新生儿影响的研究进展

椎管内分娩镇痛是目前公认最有效且应用最广泛的分娩镇痛方式,但其对胎儿及新生儿的影响受到持续关注并有较多争议。文章综述近年来椎管内分娩镇痛对胎儿及新生儿影响的相关研究,了解其最新进展。椎管内分娩镇痛能有效阻断传入的伤害性刺激并减轻母体应激反应的严重程度,但其最佳方式及对母婴结局的影响值得进一步研究。

Epidural labor analgesia is recognized as the most effective and widely used technology to relieve labor pain,while its impact on fetus and newborn has attracted continuous attention and caused controversy.In the current study,we reviewed the related research on the effect of epidural labor analgesia on fetuses and newborns.Epidural labor analgesia can effectively block the noxious afferent stimulation and reduce the severity of maternal stress response.It is necessary to explore the best way to improve maternal and infant outcomes.
