Protective Equipment for Pilots of US Fixed-wing Shipborne Early Warning Aircrafts

舰载预警机不仅是航空母舰作战的眼睛,更是信息处理、指挥命令的一体化平台。舰载预警机的能力更直接决定了航母战队的战力。目前在役的固定翼舰载预警机只有美国的E2系列,其防护救生装备与歼击机等的装备有一定的共同性,但仍存在差异性。本文主要介绍美国E-2C/D舰载预警机的防护救生装备。

The shipborne early warning aircraft is not only the eye of aircraft carriers,but also an integrated platform for information processing and command.The capability of shipborne early warning aircrafts directly determines the combat effectiveness of an aircraft carrier team.At present,only the United States E2 series of fixed-wing shipborne early warning aircrafts are in service.Their protective and life-saving equipment has some similarities with fighter aircrafts and other equipment,but there are still differences.This paper introduces the protective and life-saving equipment of the US E-2C/D shipborne early warning aircrafts.
