心房颤动(简称房颤)是临床最常见的持续性心律失常,与多种心血管不良事件相关。随着经济发展及人口老龄化,中国的房颤人群逐年增加,将对中国医疗卫生支出带来沉重负担。及早发现、规范管理是房颤患者管理的重点。文章将对近年房颤患者早期诊断及管理策略的进展做一评述。

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common persistent clinical arrhythmia and is associated with a variety of adverse cardiovascular events.With economic development and the aging of population,the population of atrial fibrillation in China is increasing year by year,which will place a heavy burden on our health care expenditure.Early detection and standardized management are the key points in the management of patients with atrial fibrillation.This article will review recent advances in early diagnosis and management strategies for patients with atrial fibrillation.
