摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种以持续气流受限为特征的可以预防和治疗的疾病。COPD作为世界上最常见的慢性病之一,目前仍缺乏阻止其进展的有效疗法。线粒体作为细胞代谢和生长所必需的细胞器,在多种生理过程中起到调节作用。越来越多的研究表明,烟雾、粉尘、空气污染等环境因素会导致肺上皮细胞的线粒体功能障碍进而加重COPD的肺损伤。本文旨在探讨肺上皮细胞中线粒体功能障碍在COPD发生、发展过程中的作用,并总结通过靶向功能失调的线粒体作为治疗COPD的潜在方法。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a preventable and treatable disease characterized by persistent airflow limitation.As one of the most common chronic diseases worldwide,COPD still lacks effective therapies to delay its progression.Mitochondria as the organelle essential for cellular metabolism,growth and energy supply plays a regulatory role in a variety of physiological processes.A growing number of studies have shown that environmental factors like cigarette smoke,dust,and air pollution can lead to mitochondrial dysfunction in lung epithelial cells,causing and exacerbating pulmonary injury in COPD.This review aims to explore the role of mitochondrial dysfunction in lung epithelial cells during the development of COPD and to summarize the potential therapeutic approaches for COPD by targeting dysfunctional mitochondria.
