摘要
针对国产DN80二通插装式伺服阀的先导控制提升动态特性问题,提出先导控制阀采用直动型伺服比例阀结构。首先设计与DN80二通插装式伺服阀的流量和阶跃响应匹配的直动型伺服比例阀的阀芯、阀套,并建立的直动型伺服比例阀三维数模,利用AMEsim软件详细分析了直动型伺服比例阀的空载动态特性、带载动态特性情况,搭建专用大通径伺服阀试验台,验证了优化直动型伺服比例阀结构的DN80二通插装式伺服阀,其阶跃响应时间由40ms缩短至23ms,动态特性显著提高。
Aiming at the pilot-controlled dynamic characteristics improvement of domestic DN80 two-way cartridge servo valve,a direct acting servo proportional valve structure is proposed for the pilot control valve in this work.Firstly,the spool,valve sleeve of the direct acting servo proportional valve are designed,in which the flow is matched with the step response of the DN80 two-way cartridge servo valve.The three-dimensional digital model of the direct acting servo proportional valve is established,and the no-load dynamic characteristics,loaded dynamic characteristics of the direct acting servo proportional valve are analyzed based on the AMEsim software.In addition,a special large-diameter servo valve experimental platform is built,and several sets of experiments are conducted.The results show that the DN80 two-way cartridge servo valve with optimized direct acting servo proportional valve structure is effective,and the step response time is shortened from 40ms to 23ms.It is verified that the dynamic characteristics are significantly improved.
