描述了呼伦贝尔某公司锌冶炼德国进口立式砂磨机关键配件国产化;研究结果表明,关键配件材料采用骨架316不锈钢外包裹三重互穿网构弹性体材料,和红色聚氨酯相比,三重互穿网构弹性体材料具有价格低廉,耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和耐高温性优良等特点,磨机研磨配件使用寿命从原来的2个月延长到6个月,降低了消耗件费用,提高了磨机作业率,节约了设备维护成本。

The paper describes the key parts of vertical sand grinding machine imported from Germany.The results shows that the key parts are 316 stainless steel.Compared with red polyurethane,it has low price,wear resistance,corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.The service life of the grinding parts is extended from 2 months to 6 months,reducing the consumption cost,improving the mill operation rate and saving the equipment maintenance cost.
