Common Prosperity Is the Distinctive Feature of Chinese Path to Modernization:On Optimizing the Three-Level Distribution System Theory

共同富裕是中国式现代化的鲜明特征,是符合我国历史进步演化的价值取向,也是以全人类共同富裕为最终目标导向的持续性动态优化过程。共同富裕的目标在我国改革开放后的发展演进中,是结合现代化战略部署持续推进的。社会中与共同富裕相关的理论和现实问题,尚有待正确辨析,深化认识。对于共同富裕目标的追求,不能等待倒U形曲线的自然形成,应注重“政府更好发挥作用”的主观能动性,其重要抓手是基于系统论思维掌握好三层次分配的复杂系统工程。三层次分配各有侧重,相关的制度创新、配套改革和政策优化设计应妥善配套,共同形成推进“共同富裕”目标实现的合力。

Common prosperity is a distinctive feature of Chinese modernization,a value orientation in line with China’s historical progress and evolution,and a continuous dynamic optimization process with the ultimate goal of common prosperity for all mankind.The goal of common prosperity has been continuously promoted in the development and evolution of China after the reform and opening up in combination with the strategic deployment of modernization.The theoretical and practical problems related to common prosperity in society still need to be correctly analyzed and further understood.In pursuit of the goal of common prosperity,we should pay attention to the subjective initiative of“playing the better role of the government”,instead of waiting for the natural formation of the inverted U-shaped curve.The key point is to master the complex system engineering of three-level distribution based on system theory.The three levels of distribution have their own priorities.The relevant system innovation,supporting reform and policy optimization design should be properly matched to form a joint force to promote the realization of the goal of common prosperity.
