摘要
血吸虫是一种人及哺乳动物体内寄生的蠕虫,在与宿主共进化过程中,通过调控宿主固有及适应性免疫应答以诱导其免疫逃逸,营造有利于其长久寄生的微环境。近年来,血吸虫及其虫源性成分对过敏性、自身免疫性和代谢性疾病等多种免疫失调性疾病的药理效应成为研究热点。本文综述了血吸虫及其衍生物在各种免疫失调性疾病中的调节作用和相关机制,以期为临床治疗提供实验基础和理论依据。
Schistosomasp.is a parasite infect in mammals including humans.During co-evolution of host and schistosomes,the parasite have developed mechanisms that manipulate the host innate and adaptive immunity to create a microenviroments that benefi its survival.Recently,the pharmacological effects of schistosome infection and relevant molecules in the management of allergy,autoimmune and metabolic diseases has attracted great attention.This article reviews the modulatory role and underlying mechanisms of schistosomes and their derivatives in immune dysregulatory diseases,to provide a basis for subsequent laboratory and clinical investigations.
