“卓越计划2.0”背景下化工专业人才培养模式的构建与实施

Construction and Practice of Talents Training Mode in Chemical Engineering Program under the Background of Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers Plan 2.0

摘要 针对“卓越计划2.0”对人才培养的新要求,华东理工大学化工学院围绕学生设计能力、工程能力和国际化能力的培养,通过完善卓越工程师班学生遴选和管理机制、优化卓越工程师班学生培养方案等举措,对化工专业人才培养工作进行了一系列改革,取得了良好的育人成效。实践表明,全新的人才培养模式有力地促进了国际化工程人才的培养。 A series of reform and practice, aiming at the cultivation of design ability, engineering ability and internationalization ability, have been carried out by the chemical engineering program in our university according to new talents training requirements of Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers Plan 2.0. The selection and management mechanisms and educational program in chemical engineering program have been constructed accordingly for outstanding engineers. It has shown that the innovative engineering training mode helps educate international outstanding engineers.
