摘要 为了改善高校实验室的安全管理现状,文章整合大数据、云计算、物联网等现代信息技术,提出了基于云平台的高校实验室智慧应急管理系统的建设框架。该系统运用混合云架构提供处理数据所需的高效计算能力与存储能力;通过集成和分析实验室环境、实验室人员轨迹的历史数据和实时数据,建立实验室应急管理智库。在此基础上构建的实验室智慧应急管理系统具有易燃易爆气体扩散与事故演变模拟、预测预警、应急评估等功能,并且支持实验室应急演练和应急决策。借助现代信息技术推进实验室应急管理的智能化,实现实验室事故感知、预警、处理等全过程动态管理和控制,有助于提升高校实验室安全管理水平。 In order to improve the current safety management status of university laboratories, the construction framework of intelligent emergency management system of university laboratories based on cloud platform was proposed by integrating big data, cloud computing, internet of things and other modern information technologies. The hybrid cloud architecture was used to provide efficient computing ability and storage capacity required for data processing. By integrating and analyzing the historical data and real-time data of laboratory environment and laboratory personnel trajectory, a laboratory emergency management think tank was established. On this basis, the functions of flammable and explosive gas diffusion and accident evolution simulation, prediction and early warning, emergency evaluation and so on were realized to support laboratory emergency drill and emergency decision-making. With the help of modern information technology, the intellectualization of laboratory emergency management was promoted, and the dynamic management and control for the whole process of laboratory accident perception, early warning and treatment were realized to improve the level of laboratory safety management in universities.
