“金课”建设背景下大学生课程学习激励策略的探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 实现以“两性一度”为标准的“金课”教学目标,需激发学生对课程学习的热情,帮助其树立克服困难的自信心。文章提出“四位一体、多元协同”的课程激励策略,包含课程积分、学习预警、弹性评价和自我效能感提升四个部分,并以力学类课程为例介绍该策略的实施。实践表明,该策略的实施能够提升教学效果,对“金课”建设具有借鉴意义。 To achieve the teaching goal of Golden Courses with the standard of "Two Properties and One Degree", it is necessary to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for course learning and help them build the confidence to overcome difficulties. This paper proposes a four-in-one multi-synergy curriculum incentive strategy, which includes four parts of course points, early warning for learning, flexibility evaluation and self-efficacy improvement. Taking mechanics courses as examples, the implementation of this strategy is introduced. It shows that the teaching effect has been improved and this strategy has the reference significance for the construction of Golden Courses.
