摘要
为保障生产安全稳定运行,减少电石卸车和破碎作业过程中人机交叉作业带来的安全风险,对电石卸车和破碎工艺进行了优化,实现了电石自动卸车和机械破碎;此外还增加了多项安全保护程序,极大地提升了生产装置的安全性。
In order to ensure the safe and stable production,reduce the safety risks caused by human and machine working together in the process of calcium carbide unloading and crushing,the carbide un-loading and crushing process was optimized to realize automatic unloading and mechanical crushing of cal-cium carbide.In addition,a number of safety protection procedures were added.Thus,the safety of pro-duction devices was greatly improved.
