聚氯乙烯汽提工艺的优化

摘要 介绍了聚氯乙烯汽提工艺流程,对汽提塔塔顶压力高和汽提塔结垢问题进行了分析,采取了改造气相回收管道、用聚醚消泡剂替代有机硅消泡剂、用碳酸氢钠替代氢氧化钙中和剂等措施,达到了稳定汽提塔塔顶压力、减少结垢、提高产品质量的目的。 The PVC stripping process flow was introduced.The problems of high top pressure of stripper and scaling in stripper were analyzed,and measures such as reforming the gas phase recovery pipe-line,replacing the organosilicon defoamer with polyether defoamer,and replacing the calcium hydroxide neutralizer with sodium bicarbonate were taken.Thus,the top pressure of the stripper was stabilized,scaling was reduced,and the product quality was improved.
